We read every message. Ghashim is built by a small independent team, so replies come from an actual person rather than a ticketing system — usually within a few days. Please include as much context as you can: it is often the difference between a bug we can reproduce and one we cannot.

Reporting a bug? Tell us your device (iPhone, Android, web), your OS version, and which app version you are using (visible in Settings). If the bug happened during an online room, include the 6-character room code and roughly what time it happened. Describe exactly what went wrong and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots or a short screen recording help enormously.
Found a problem in a word pack? Word lists are reviewed by human players to keep them fresh and culturally relevant. If a word is spelled wrong, culturally insensitive, or simply doesn't fit the pack, let us know which pack and which word. We take these seriously and fix them in the next content update rather than waiting for an app release.
Want to suggest a new pack or feature? We love hearing what your group wants to play. Tell us what pack you'd like to see (Egyptian music stars, mythology, famous recipes) or how you'd play Ghashim differently — house rules from real game nights have shaped the variants already in the game. We read every idea, even when we can't build it right away.
Privacy, data, or account questions. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it. If you want your account and its data removed, you can do it yourself from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. If anything there is unclear, email us and we will walk you through it.
Press, partnerships, and business enquiries reach us at the same address. Mention what you need up front (screenshots, an interview, a review copy) and we will get back to you.

A note on safety: we will never ask you for your password, payment details, or a verification code by email. Please do not send them to us, and treat any message that asks for them as suspicious even if it appears to come from us.
